Install the fixtures

Use this page to get a FitNesse project with the Reflex fixtures running. You need Java 21 and access to the Reflex Gitea organization (a read-access PAT or an SSH key).

Start from the starter project

1. Clone the monorepo. The starter is in fitnesse/. Or download reflex-fitnesse.zip from the releases.

2. Start FitNesse from that folder:

   mvn clean compile dependency:copy-dependencies exec:exec

Add the fixtures to your own project

1. Find the latest version in the package registry. All Reflex Java artifacts share one version: the release tag without the v.

2. Add the dependency to your pom.xml:

   <dependency>
     <groupId>com.huisjesautomation.reflex</groupId>
     <artifactId>fitnesse-fixtures</artifactId>
     <version>X.Y.Z</version>
   </dependency>

Run tests with Maven

mvn clean test-compile failsafe:integration-test

Add failsafe:verify to fail the build when a test fails. To run part of a suite:

mvn clean test-compile failsafe:integration-test \
  -DfitnesseSuiteToRun=MySuite \
  -DsuiteFilter=tag1,tag2 \
  -DexcludeSuiteFilter=tag3

Results are in target/failsafe-reports (JUnit XML) and target/fitnesse-results/index.html (HTML).
